Processing Times
Most orders are shipped out in 2-3 business days. Standard shipping takes about 5 to 7 business days during the regular season. In our peak season shipping times may take longer.
What do I do if I don’t receive my order?
We track all orders from the moment they leave our shop. If your item doesn’t arrive on time, let us know and we’ll locate it for you. 
Lolasi & Co is not responsible for lost or stolen orders. This means any order that is marked delivered by the carrier, but not received. 
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we can not accept returns. We provide a full ingredient list for every product. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product is defective, please email us pictures of the product issue within 72 hours of receiving your order. If a product has broken or spilled during shipping, we require these pictures to be able to send your replacement product. Once we have talked to you, we will ship out a replacement product as soon as possible.
 *Once tracking number has been provided, no changes can be made to order.
*We reserve the right to cancel any order flagged as suspected fraud. The refund will be issued at the time the order is cancelled and the buyer will be notified via email within 24 hours of cancellation. 
*We ship with ice packs with elevated temperatures. Please follow tracking information closely for your packages and bring them inside once delivered. Leaving packages in the sun will lead to melting of product.
